Seitdem stand das teilweise fast 300 Jahre alte Geb\u00e4ude, mitten im Ortskern, leer. Nun wurde die Brauerei so umgebaut, dass sie jetzt B\u00fccherei, B\u00fcrgersaal, Eiscafe und weitere Gewerberaeume beherbergen kann. M\u00e4lzereiturm, Tor und Sudhaus &#8211; und die Fassaden blieben erhalten. &#8222;Die Geschichte und Bedeutung der Brauerei soll auch in der neuen Nutzung erkennbar sein&#8220;, so die Architekten
